If you're looking for the law to save you from Trump, Donald Trump is the law now. Rule of Law has always been a weapon of the strong to control the weak. It's not that he's turned it into a weapon, it's that he's less competent at hiding its true nature as a tool of oppression.
The good news is that you never actually needed the law to begin with. We've always needed community, and that's the real antithesis to fascism: not the law, but eachother.
