Are mutes managed by relays or clients?
I'm getting spammed by one particular npub DMing invoices for probably a fake paid relay service. Have clicked mute on every single client and yet not only can I still see the messages, I'm also getting inbox notifications.
Which is really annoying because I get excited any time anyone talks to me, on here or in real life.
