#WritersCofffeeClub 11/5 How are you affected by reviews of your work?
Like a lot of people, positive reviews tend to make me happy for a moment and then they're gone, while negative things stay with me forever. I try to remember that people who write negative reviews 1/ finished the book, and 2/ had an emotion about it. I've bounced out of plenty of books that left me kind of numb.
Luckily, there have been very few negative reviews, or even negative things said in otherwise positive reviews.
