Two reasons: (1) Locked to Verizon and I wanted to switch to a sub-$10 per month plan from Tello; and (2) Mine had some weird battery issues, especially in the cold, which made it unreliable -- Performance was also beginning to deteriorate. But it had a good run. I later purchased a little USB-C BlackBerry keyboard so I can relive the nostalgia.
