But If he does pay a fine, I don't think he will pay an amount that will keep him up at night, and I don't think X will change, for as long as he owns the platform (or someone can convince him to modify his behaviour).
Instead, he may see this fight against the EU and its attack dog called DSA - as a worthwhile foil.
