I'm not even sure if there is any actual law against setting up a LTD, paying yourself £60k per year funded by supplier credit, and then just dumping the indebted husk into administration. And there is nothing stopping them starting a new LTD and just doing it again. (I presume eventually it'll get harder and harder to get credit, especially from proper lenders, but in terms of B2B credit how many small businesses even look up Director histories?)
