Cities like this aren't the answer to homelessness, and the actually homeless wouldn't be tolerated. That would be too much reality for what is essentially a gated community, even if it doesn't have the gates. \n\nReal urban renewal happens in existing cities and requires democratic political will. It needs densification, much more mass transit, and housing/social spaces for everybody.",
