On Android use F-Droid as app store to download Amethyst:
1 - Download this apk and install it: https://f-droid.org/F-Droid.apk
2 - Inside F-Droid search and install Amethyst
Or you can use Obtanium instead of F-Droid.
On IOS I think you can't install anything outside the app store if you don't jailbreak your phone.
