Google has many suggestions about sous viding and then frying. That can't be right, right? Unless the dry is extremely hot and therefore brief? (One recipe suggested 3m/side. That's *after sous vide* Is #AI now generating #food #misinformation ?)
Has any actual human tried #cooking this?
