The issue with state sanctioned euthanasia is that there are already countless examples of the system being abused.
Look at maid in Canada. It's pretty horrific.
As soon as there is an incentive structure on the other side, just like with vaccines, doctors are inclined to nudge people into the services and will often shame or coerce people into these things.
