I've bought the packets before. They're just okay. Food with yhe saturation turned down some.
Sidebar: I wish freeze dried companies would do more supper kind of foods. It seems like 3/4 of the lineup of most of them is breakfast stuff and trail foods and I've never liked either.
Sidebar 2: I'm more likely to buy surplus MREs for what I'd do with Mt House; the price of an MRE and a Mt House packet is about the same but there's more stuff in an MRE and I think the food is better.
