I read a blog post by fiatjaf regarding NIP-26 in the context of what has been discussed here lately about the security and convenience of the NOSTR private key. I remember from training that when generating root SSL certificates, it's done on virtual machines, which are then shut down for security reasons after generation. Maybe this model of NIP-26, despite criticism of centralization (intermediary), isn't a bad idea for people who want, for example, convenience and security (revoke delegation)...
