V4V can exist while also having another method to support the development of these players.
We have something like Truefans by Sam which has loads of features and just needs a little bit of funding to help cover future development.
We have Podverse (npub1wma…5az9) another great app, that could do with funding to help the developer keep going.
So in away this is V4V it's just coming from the hosting provider.
