I'm sure I'm not the only independent business person who charges a premium (this time, about 22%) when quoting new work for a client who was an enormous BLAZING pain in the ass during previous work.
So now my new quote is "excessively high" (oh darn) and I'm told their website was written by somebody who charges 8% of my rates (it shows). But they will generously offer me 40% of my quote and throw in a $65 sex toy.
