If I were to rape a woman the government would severally punish me, but when I need a woman the government doesn't provide me one and tells me to do it on my own. This fundamental disbalance is why modern male-female relations are fucked. In the past both ends of it were done by families, but nowadays we have modernized and institutionalized the punishment for rape, but gutted any existing institutions for bringing men and women together.
