haven’t modeled in a long time, but got offered to do a local runway show,
my heavy anxieties and invasive self consciousness almost made me deny the opportunity, but i had to stop myself. i decided to meditate, just for 10 minutes. i always used to think meditation was bullshit, but it emptied all the negative in my mind, and allowed to me to say yes to an opportunity, i didn’t think i could do.
