I've been using stainless steel plates like the one here for various bicycle things. Does anyone know of a good online store with a large collection of these?

I have looked at my local hardware stores, and they typically have a very narrow selection and they were mostly galvanized rather than stainless. Amazon does have some, except the measurements (especially hole sizes) tend to be either very vague or not given. Also, they tend to to take 2+ weeks to ship regardless of shipping options.

These plates are burlier than Erector and Meccano, and the holes can be drilled out without much strength reduction.
