any of you guys suffer from OCD or ADHD ritual stuff?
I seen my father start getting into that stuff and it scares me to the point that im breaking routine 50% of the time just to train myself to be indifferent...just being more aware and doing stuff non-autonomously
A friend of the family also has like pseudo OCD where he has to make all these weirdo decisions, to me its not 100% ocd but it parallels it and its not to his "benefit" of them acting like this.
