Dude looks part Hispanic to me. I don't want to blame the victim, but never live near black people, ever. They should have done their research. Doesn't matter how posh the neighborhood is. Even if a black turns out to be alright (church-going, non-felon, congenial, etc.), he has friends or family that are thugs, and they will be in your neighborhood.
