In an online staff meeting, my boss casually dropped the possibility that we may be asked to go on call for tech support on the weekends. The details haven't been worked out, but I don't like where this is going.
One of the selling points of this job for me was the promise in the posting that they promoted a work-life balance. "Enjoy your weekends!" was the actual phrase used.
I really don't know how to deal with this.
