On a positive note: “In reaction to noyb complaints, the DPC has announced (late Friday afternoon) that Meta has pledged to the DPC that it will not process EU/EEA user data for undefined "artificial intelligence techniques". Previously Meta argued it had a "legitimate interest" in doing so, only informing (some) users about the change and merely allowing a (deceptive and complicated) "opt-out".
