Ethiopian, fair trade, mold free.
I know the roaster, and he has relationships with the farmers he gets his beans from - but I would love to visit farms myself one day & verify.
I only drink top quality beans though & I would never skimp on some cheap shit when I'm trying to feed my brain & body :).
