Consume (whole foods) vegetables, fruit, whole grains/ legumes (at least 100 grams of fiber per day), raw dairy products (kefir, yogurt, cheese, etc), fermented foods, and only consume protein (red meat, chicken etc) sparingly and or during cold season...and just drink natural water and for extra energy drink raw cacao drinks
Dont consume refined grains, ultra processed food, and sugary foods.
