The better option would be to learn about your local laws and constitutional rights instead of just going guns blazing as the other side is much more efficient in using guns than the average public let's be honest
This video is an example of a guy using the local laws that were present on his location against the criminal organization ICE which helped some immigrants get away with the regimes control for a while, ik ICE kidnaps other people with no remorse or has the local conservative neighbourhood use methods to try to corner immigrants but overall knowing your laws is better and it's always preferable to have a person with citizenship expressing their rights than say risking getting caught without any support and solely relying on guns
So better to do with what we can do possible and use all options instead of relying on just one method which only leads to more people facing trouble and ending up worse
