incidentally, last night before the severe food cravings and onset of keto flu symptoms i also started smelling a quite severe odor of ketones in my urine, can anyone confirm this as a normal thing around the third day of a fast or is this something to do with my diabeetus? #asknostr #diabetes

day 3 of fhe fast

last night as i was falling asleep, the severe food cravings have started

i have a tiny bit of cacao butter sitting in the fridge so i ate a bit... my guts went a bit crazy, and then i sorta felt better and eventually slept

this morning, i wake up all foggy, and oh yes, there was farts last night and this morning toilet after no poopies for 2 days, a rather unhappy one, i guess it was the cacao butter, but the farts started first

i think i am now suffering from keto flu, i feel kinda woozy and dizzy, definitely don't feel like eating anything but i'm ravenous at the same time... going to be drinking water with lemon juice and salt to rebalance hopefully

oh yes, kidneys are a bit hurty too, maybe i'm a little dehydrated
