Absolutely! I ended up getting a mini pc, Nuc 11, and had someone up the hard drive to 2TB. Then downloaded Ubuntu and I’m running Umbrel. I link the node to my Mac for the screen. Of course, now Start 9 and Umbrel have new slick versions of their plug and play, but I like that my hardware isn’t dependent on them. Umbrel is super simple. I know start 9 seems to be a favorite now, figured I’d start easy and can always switch if needed. The new version of Umbrel seems to take care of the security issues I was made aware of.
