Molson Coors, a major brewer, is reversing its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, citing that supplier diversity quotas can be 'complicated and influenced by factors outside of [the company's] control.' The company will continue to ensure its suppliers are representative of its diverse consumer base, but will no longer have aspirational representation goals.
