I decided to start practicing using English because I often feel that nothing gets done unless I can use English.
It is often said that Japanese people cannot even have a simple conversation in spite of the fact that we learn English for a long time in school education. But there is no need to be self-suggestive. I believe that if there is an accumulation of learning, there is no reason why one should not be able to speak English.
