Well, well well.... ahead of the UN's New York Summit of the Future next month, the draft negotiating text has just had the phrase fossil fuels removed from the climate change section.
Of course, it may find its way back in, but ahead of the summit this already tells you the direction of travel in the backroom lobbying....
