Delta Green scenarios usually begin with a briefing about sth that needs to be taken care of discreetly. Instead of performing this info-dump verbally for the players, I like to translate it into Swedish and edit it into a written dossier that the player characters recieve. The players take turns reading the dossier out loud instead of listening passively.
Later on the dossier is often useful for them too, for instance on the third session when they may have forgotten bits.
