I've worked in the tech industry for over 25 years and work for an AI and LLM management solution company (really automation software company that now has AI integrated into it to speed corporate "digital transformation" efforts along. We keep telling our customers (who span across all industries) that the AI modules will simply free up the existing workforce to do more productive things. It's a lie. What we offer today can replace 90% of their tier three and 4 support organizations and 50% of their tier one and two people. I've seen internal release demos that will eliminate the bottom tier workers and cut the high dollar tier 1 and 2 engineers down to practically nothing within then next 12 months. There is no stopping this avalanche in motion and no way to get out of its way. There is also no stopping this tech from making robots superior and cheaper than even White workers. It's insane how fast this disruption cycle is spinning.
