The tape failed, and while making one last effort to grab and pull or push, the glass split, rendering all further solutions moot. I've been sucking the slightly taped shards out for 5 minutes. No debris sounds. I think it's safe to grind anything remaining in the disposal teeth. Smoke em if you got them
