My first failure is to notice the international day of failure 4 days too late.
Another interesting failure I had some time ago is that I searched for days for a bug in my computer code: It froze the computer the moment it started. Eventually, I found out that the code was working perfectly fine, it just needed a lot more computation time than I anticipated: A couple of minutes instead of a fraction of a second!
