I don’t know of one. My understanding is nostr and private do not go together, as nostr shows who you are exchanging notes with.
That said maybe Erdal (npub15wg…x2t2) can add to his contacts app tamga (npub15ml…f28p) DM capability as a layer on top of contacts.
