That doesn't surprise me whatsoever. It doesn't matter how many muscles a man has. If you're untrained in a sport and go against anyone who's dedicated their life to that sport, you won't win. An incredibly skilled woman always beats an unskilled man.
I've seen this play out time and time again. You have these unskilled dudes waltzing into the gym, thinking they can just overpower women who are pro athletes, and they get beat.
