As a salad person, this article appealed to me. I bring my own (just a salad kit dumped in a reusable container (low effort? low maintenance?)) so I don't really understand spending $20 on a salad. But I liked the writer's style: "Even when there isn’t time for a lunch break, there is always time for arugula."
