Now that El Salvador has struck a $1.4bn loan deal with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after agreeing to scale back(!) its Bitcoin policies, it's obvious that the Central American country won't be the next Singapore and it might be even off the list for many international Bitcoin refugees.
