It's come down to the final day for the champion of this year's English Premier League to be decided.
It will be a battle between two stellar sides, Man City and Arsenal. Man City have 88 pts and are currently in 1st place, with Arsenal right on their heels with 86 pts.
All Man City need is a win to secure the trophy, while Arsenal must win and hope Man City either ties or loses tomorrow.
Man City will be playing West Ham (9th place) at home, and Arsenal will also be playing at home against Everton (15th).
The final day of the Premier League especially when the league champion is yet to be decided can be a very exciting event, as all games kickoff at the same time in order to ensure fairness but has the added affect of producing at times the most climactic of finales.
In the 2011-12 campaign, Manchester City won the Title in dramatic fashion on the final day, when they scored two late goals in stoppage time to take the Trophy out of the hands of their city rivals, Manchester United. Would recommend watching the whole video to experience the drama!
