Yes, SCOTUS is a concern, but there is much legal precedent protecting birthright citizenship. For ex, when the US excluded many Chinese from immigrating here (1892-1943), birthright citizenship was upheld to children of legal Chinese immigrants in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898). Then later cases further cemented all Americans’ citizenship rights.

I wonder if they would try to exclude people born in the US from illegal immigrants.
