If we add an 'l' tag to posts with a language code we could filter the global timeline by language.
Some nostriches might post in different languages, so this will require UI switches too which isn't neat. What about making it a relay feature to run language detection (or even learn what languages are probably per pubkey) to enrich unsigned metadata?
