If you're traveling to the US know that CBP does have the authority to search your electronic devices without a warrant or strong cause.
My advice would be bring a separate device instead. Something that has very little personal information on it. Keep your private and personal information elsewhere if you're concerned about it for any reason.
Basically if you don't want someone else to see it, don't bring it.
