I avoided socialising for many years (got very burnt by craft group bitchiness) but the art journaling and art therapy are at my mental health place, so they’re a soft start. I’m very lucky.
I hope you don’t have to wait much longer to get those MRI results! “Probably a migraine” is not good enough, FFS, you know the difference between a migraine and something that’s more significant! I’m hoping you get a neurologist who is sympathetic and competent.
