Dhiollon recently made the news for defeating the college's anti-SLAPP motion, which was straight-up ridiculous because whatever else this lawsuit is, it's not a SLAPP. But there's no chance she's going to win, because the trustees were 100% within their rights. This is purely right-wing performance art.
(What they changed it to was "University of California College of Law, San Francisco," which I hate because it's inevitably going to be abbreviated "UCSF Law" and "UCSF" has referred to a med school since time immoral. I was rooting for "Joseph Grodin College of Law" myself.)
