they have some big ones now that will run a frig for at least a few hours.
We experiment with our smaller ones and the solar panels and are sometimes able to balance out draw and charge to keep things running longer.
don't know if I'd trust a tesla power wall but I'd guess [ok, hope] that more things like that are coming along.
