I don't know what kind of condition it's in - I haven't seen it in over 20 years. I'm prepared to buy new glass slides, petrie dishes, and a lightbulb or whatever if it's required. It's a family heirloom and I want to keep it in working condition.
But mostly I'm excited about playing with a microscope. And getting the story from Dad about why he's so attached to it.
