How do I avoid porn on nostr? I'm just looking at Trending (primal.net), and porn pops up, pretty frequently. I've tried muting one of the accounts, but that can't be the answer.
Also, is there a search engine that's better at handling these types of basic nostr questions? Google and Brave and DuckDuckGo search don't have good answers.
