I agree that is great.
I'd be concerned a little bit that it might be because they are like mine and only barely understand the tech involved. Everyone's first password is just the last four numbers of your phone number. I can hack into half the accounts in my town. (I am not in charge of the tech here and do not get to make policy decisions but I can roll my eyes at the ones that are made)
