Kiwi still supports extensions, even if it isn't being worked on. Firefox mobile also supports Alby and Nos2x Fox extensions, though not my favorite experience... I still use brugeman (nprofile…lacy) 's Spring Browser, with built-in NIP-07 signing, though it is still rough around the edges and not getting any development attention.
Don't know of any others off the top of my head.
