"content": "As a newer potter my wheel throwing is still terrible. I currently derive joy from trying to throw cylindrical forms, doing an absolutely terrible job and then smashing the clay. I was taking a pottery class and needed a thrown object to fire and glaze. I just couldn’t find a rhythm on the wheel. I had a bowl I threw with uneven walls that I would’ve loved to smash. For the sake of the class it survived to be glazed.
