yes, it is important to tell the difference between *these* labels, but that is not the same as understanding socialism, communism, and anarchy as different things. ie it's extremely crucial to educate people about what communism is and is *not*.
i would not include MLM as genuine communists, only as an example of people calling themselves communist in bad faith. the same thing Hitler did.
re: ownership, yes we do need to change how we think about who things belong to and how they belong. it doesn't seem to mean much to abolish private ownership and re-open the commons only to then turn around and say "we're the owners now".
